A Typical Ladybirds routine!

8.00 am	free play
8.30 am	breakfast
9.00 am	Registration
9.15 am	creative Play
10.00 am	toilet/nappy change ready for snack
10.15 am	snack time
10.30 am	group activities
11.00 am	out door or indoor physical play
11.45 am	music/story time, Hands washed ready for lunch
12.00 pm	dinner
12.30 pm	quiet time/story
12.45 pm	free play
1.00 pm	registration/sleep time
1.15 pm	group activities
2.30 pm	Snack / toilet/nappy change
3.00 pm	outdoor or indoor physical play
3.45 pm	hand washed ready tea
4.00 pm	teatime
4.30 pm	free play
6.00 pm	home time

Mealtimes

All food for children under the age of 12 months must be provided from home and all formula feeds that your baby requires must be prepared at home.

Once your child is over 12 months and can manage finger/lumpy foods, all meals will be provide by Ladybirds Day Nursery this includes:

Toast at 8.30am
Snack at 10.00am
Lunch at 12.00am (Hot main and pudding)
Snack at 2.30pm
Sandwich at 4.00pm

All meals promote a healthy, well balanced diet and give the children a variety of tastes and textures. Due to a number of nut allergies, we try not to include nuts within our menu, but please let us aware of any allergies that your child suffers with.

	Grant Funded Session: 1pm-3.30pm	Voucher
	2 x Grant Funded Sessions with lunch	£5.00

All ages:	Early Morning 7.30am-8.00am	£3.00
Term Time Only:	50% of normal feels during holidays

Please Note:

There is a non-refundable registration fee of £30.00 payable prior to your child starting.
All fees are payable within two weeks of billing. Fees not paid within this time will incur a 20% surcharge. Non payment of fees will result in your child’s place being withdrawn.
All late pick ups will be charged for as follows: £5.00 per hour whilst the nursery is still open, £10.00 per 15 minutes after 6.00pm.
Four weeks holiday may be taken per year (per calendar year) at ½ normal fees. All other holiday will be charged for in full. Four weeks notice is required for holidays.
Sessions missed due to sickness or any other reason will be charged for at full fees. You may be offered an alternative session depending on the numbers.
